WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, IT INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS.
Online payments are made through Stripe which is a secured system which can take your debit or credit card. Jamilla does not have access to your financial information, therefore we do not store it.
Your email and personal information is not sold, traded or transferred to other parties.
Once your payment has been processed we will ship with 5 business days.
We understand that buying art is a large purchase that is why Jamilla endeavors to represent the accurate color, however, images on different monitors will vary. If you would like Jamilla can do a video tour of the piece so that you can examine the details of the piece. Please contact her by text 603.969.8426.
We want you to love your art but for any reason you are not satisfied you have 5 business days to view it and RETURNS must be initiated by the buyer within 5 days of delivery. So please KEEP THE BOX AND PACKING MATERIALS. THE BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE BACK TO JAMILLA’S STUDIO. Once she receives the work she will initiate a return through Stripe. After Jamilla receives the returned artwork she will issue a refund immediately.

shipping
At the present time we only ship domestically to the lower 49.
As a token of appreciation for your valued business shipping is FREE, with some caveats*
All artwork is packaged with extraordinary care and is insured. A tracking number will be issued as soon as it is shipped.
Art work up to size 36” x 36” will be shipped in a flat box.
Art work from size 40” x40” will be shipped unstretched. In other words, it will be taken off the panel, and will be shipped in a large tube. Any framer should be able to restretch it, which is at the cost to the buyer.
If you live in New Mexico we can deliver artwork to you for free * if * the size is 36” x 36” or larger and you live within 75 miles of Santa Fe.
Also, if we deliver your art we can hang it for a flat $50.00 Fee. The purchaser must provide the ladder.

The artwork is copywrited by the artist Jamilla Veoni. It may NOT be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the artist.
Interior Designers, Architects, building owners may resell the artwork at a markup which is deemed reasonable, and must be agreed upon in writing.
